Data Spaces standard organizations
Multiple organizations across Europe are cooperating in the Data Spaces standardization effort, here are a few key ones:

Gaia-X is an initiative that develops a software framework of control and governance and implements a common set of policies and rules that can be applied to any existing cloud/ edge technology stack to obtain transparency, controllability, portability and interoperability across data and services. Gaia-X acts will act as a standardization organization for the Data Spaces.

MyData Global is an award-winning international nonprofit. The purpose of MyData Global is to empower individuals by improving their right to self-determination regarding their personal data. It is based on the MyData Declaration. MyData acts as a certification body for MyData Operator (personal data-sharing intermediaries).

The International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) is a coalition of more than 130 member companies that share a vision of a world where all companies self-determine usage rules and realize the full value of their data in secure, trusted, equal partnerships. IDSA sets standards for data spaces (IDS) and interfaces, and fosters the related technologies and business models that will drive the data economy of the future across industries.
How Onecub is involved

Onecub is a key active member of several standard organizations (MyData, GAIA-X), and discuss on regular basis with others. Together with our close European entrepreneur partners, we co-founded the Brussels based association aNewGovernance to participate in the standardization effort. Within aNewGovernance we have also been actively involved in the European policy making effort around Data Spaces.
