Helping shape the EU Data Strategy and the data space concept
Work with the European Commission, Member States, NGOs, associations (e.g., Privacytech), universities and think tanks. Engagement with data space standardisation communities (incl. Gaia-X) and personal-data standardisation with MyData.

Policy tech coordination
Technology coordinator at Digital New Deal; contribution to the Data Governance Act discussions with the European Commission and the French government.
2021 - 2022
Tourism data space → EONA-X
Initiated the first French tourism data space, then merged into EONA-X (tourism, mobility, logistics).
2023
InfrateX consortium (Simpl framework)
Co-initiated with Sopra Steria; awarded the Simpl framework contract under the Digital Europe Programme (~€150M) to build middleware for data spaces.

European Space Data Space Blueprint & DATES
Coordinated the Space Data Space Blueprint for ESA; contributed to DATES, the preparatory study for the European Tourism Data Space.

Launching the Legal Data Space
Initiative created to provide horizontal, reusable compliance and legal-data services.

Compliance-X proposal coordination
Led a cross-sector proposal uniting six data spaces for AI-enabled compliance (DIGITAL-2025-AI-08-COMPLIANCE).

Success in the Bpifrance / France 2030 call to build an agentic AI framework for EONA-X.
