Onecub

Your data & AI ecosystems.

Onecub helps you build, develop and govern ecosystems where organisations share data and their AI systems work together.

Ecosystems in action.

EONA-X

Mobility, tourism, logistics

Onecub launched the first French tourism data space, merged into EONA-X. We then wrote and coordinated the Gen4Travel proposal, a France 2030 winner, for AI travel assistants.

Onecub’s role in EONA-X
  • Legal Data Space

    Law

Support since the preparatory phase: use cases, architecture, rulebooks and contracts.

  • Space Data Space Next

    Space

The blueprint of ESA’s study, written by Onecub with Space Cooperative Europe and aNewGovernance: 31 organisations from 10 countries contributed.

  • DS4Skills

    Skills and education

Olivier Dion contributes for Prometheus-X: governance method and rulebook review for the European data space for skills.

All the players in our ecosystems

Build, develop, govern.

Our services

Onecub connects what is often handled separately: the group’s strategy, its common rules and how they are applied in data exchanges and in the use of AI.

Build.

Bring the right players together around useful use cases and a shared ambition.

Develop.

Move from first use cases to an ecosystem where data is shared with trust.

Govern.

Clarify roles, rules and decisions to cooperate over time.

We also build consortia and write proposals for major national and European calls.

Building a consortium

Clear rules.
Cooperation that moves forward.

Who decides? Who can access the data? Under what conditions can an AI agent act? Governing a data space also means deciding how AI accesses and uses data.

We help groups connect each objective to a rule, an owner, a control and evidence, then evolve these rules.

Our approach to governance
  1. ObjectiveWhat the group wants to make possible.
  2. RuleWhat is allowed, and under what conditions.
  3. ResponsibilityWho applies the rule and who answers for it.
  4. ControlA human review, a contractual commitment or a technical mechanism.
  5. EvidenceThe record that shows the rule was followed.
  6. ReviewThe rule evolves with use and experience.
MyTravelConnect prototype on a phone, in French: the wallet has gathered 37 pieces of travel information, sorted by category, and offers to share them with the Accor Concierge assistant. Clicking sends nothing: the traveller will then decide what the assistant may use, and for how long.
Prototype, fictional data. October 2026 version.

A concrete case: the traveller decides what to share.

MyTravelConnect is the traveller’s identity and consent wallet, designed for the Gen4Travel AI assistants in the EONA-X data space. It gathers the trip’s information; the traveller then chooses what an assistant may use, and for how long.

Cooperate at scale.
Stay in control.

We believe in a digital world where organisations and people create value together while keeping control of their data, their choices and their commitments.

Data spaces open the way. AI agents add a new dimension: after data sharing comes the coordination of actions.

Tomorrow, autonomous ecosystems will cooperate through shared foundations and open interfaces, while keeping their local rules. This is the federation we help build.

Legal Data Space

Avocat+, the sovereign legal AI of French lawyers.

Presented at the French lawyers’ national convention, this sovereign legal AI platform, built by the Legal Data Space with the Conseil national des barreaux and backed by it, is aimed at France’s 79,000 lawyers. Data sharing runs on Data Contract, the Legal Data Space’s solution, a data intermediary registered with the French regulator Arcep.
